EBS designs bench tests, as well as pilot or full scale remediation programs for consultants, as needed. EBS will also assist consultants with field oversight, if requested. EBS has field laboratory and spectrophotometer equipment, as well as appropriate field meters and kits for evaluation of redox conditions and selected target chemicals.
EBS field capabilities are complimented by a wide variety of specialized construction equipment associated with a variety of licensed contractors, including: Remediation Injection Process (RIP®) liquid delivery equipment for high-pressure injection of oxidants, surfactants, electrolytes, and pH adjustment chemicals for in-situ remediation. EBS also works with a variety of contractors who operate Geoprobe® direct push rigs, hollow stem auger rigs, backhoes and tillers. Consultants can pay the invoices for the licensed contractors directly or through EBS. EBS is a licensed contractor (#687236; A, B, C-57, Haz., Asb.).
